[What the role is]
You will be responsible for project management, Addition & Alteration (A&A) works and supervision of maintenance of buildings and facilities or its M&E system. You will be required to propose, implement, and manage improvement initiatives to improve system and facility reliability, operational effectiveness, productivity, reduce cost and resources.[What you will be working on]
Formulate policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOP) for the use of technologies and operations procedures to ensure operation sustainability. Review and prepare technical specifications for tender, contractual terms and requirement specifications for the procurement of contracts for good and services.
You will ensure the maintenance of buildings and facilities, or its M&E system are in accordance with local building authorities’ standards, codes of practice and guidelines, such as BCA Green Mark requirements, Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, as these buildings and facilities house critical equipment used for provision of Air Traffic Control (ATC) services. You will manage our maintenance contractors to ensure all maintenance services are performed to the highest performance standards, thus ensuring continued support for provision of ATC services.
You will ensure the overall quality and integrity of the projects and A & A works. You will manage the project resources, finance and schedule by working with both internal and external parties to deliver buildings and facilities that meet the specified requirements. You will also support the renovation of existing or development of new offices and equipment rooms from project initiation to occupation by users /system owners.
