Job Description
- Project development knowledge V3P Development - Knowledge of development schedules and project timelines for fuel system components
- NX, Team centre, Space Vertex, G2B, A2MAC.
- Should have total experience of around 8~10 years in other OEM/ Tier-I – MNC, (Preferable Nissan experience.)
- Strong communication with supplier, plant and other internal and external customers
- Good Knowledge of Fuel System & its Suppliers.
- Hands on experience on Design / Development of Fuel Tank, Fuel Lines, Canister, Pump, Bracket, etc.
- Strong knowledge of global fuel system regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with global customers and suppliers
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
- Should have good knowledge about CAD layout check of fuel system components
- Expert in NX cad modelling and drafting for fuel tank and fuel piping
- Good Knowledge of Teamcenter
- Should be able to do CAE analysis in NX/Nastran (both linear and non-linear) for strength analysis
- Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies for fuel system parts
- Deep understanding of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques for fuel systems
- Expertise in ROM Checks for fuel system
- Should be able to analyze the problems related to fuel system and provide countermeasure proposals
- Ability to independently create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for fuel system assemblies
- Basic understanding of the fuel system parts cost and should be able to provide cost reduction proposals
- Estimate budget & cost based on required product, design, & performance.
- Good Knowledge of Bench/Vehicle Testing of Fuel System components.
- Should be able to analyze the test result & discuss independently with global stakeholders
- Japanese language proficiency is a strong advantage
- Expansion and utilization of data center activity.
- cycle of Local / Global projects
- Provide automation ideas, create concepts for AI/ML/Automation.
- Knows the sourcing process and the requirements of a technical file.
- Benchmark (EDB & A2mac) & Propose Global/Regional Strategy.
