About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Demo Visioneering team brings the future of customer engagement to life for the world’s most influential brands. As Director / Senior Director of Customer Demos, you’ll lead a small, high-performing team responsible for designing and delivering immersive executive experiences that inspire customers to invest in Salesforce.

You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of each engagement, from initial strategy and storytelling to demo build and executive delivery, partnering directly with the Office of the CEO, sales leaders, and a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and storytellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution for ~4 flagship engagements per quarter, each tailored to the priorities of some of our largest and most influential customers.

  • Manage a small team responsible for storytelling, presentation and demo development, and SIC delivery.

  • Partner with sales leadership, FDE’s, and product leaders to align each engagement to customer transformation goals and Salesforce’s product vision.

  • Translate executive objectives into clear narratives and delivery plans that showcase Salesforce innovation in authentic, business-relevant ways.

  • Oversee demo build and refinement, ensuring each experience is technically sound, visually stunning, and helping drive broader adoption of Data 360 and Agentforce 360.

  • Engage directly with customers to frame outcomes, connect value to business strategy, and represent Salesforce’s innovation leadership.

  • Collaborate with the Office of the CEO to shape messaging and ensure engagements reinforce Salesforce’s strategic priorities.

  • Drive operational excellence: manage timelines, budgets, and readiness reviews with precision and executive polish.

  • Foster a creative, accountable, and collaborative culture within the team—balancing rigor with experimentation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years leading complex customer-facing programs in enterprise technology, innovation consulting, or customer experience design.

  • Proven success managing senior-level engagements with C-suite executives.

  • Strong program management and storytelling abilities. Comfortable translating vision into detailed execution.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products and ecosystem, or equivalent experience leading enterprise transformation programs.

  • Demonstrated technical literacy across cloud platforms, data, and AI to guide demo direction and quality.

  • Experience managing small, high-performing cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.

What Success Looks Like

  • 12+ high-impact CxO engagements delivered annually with measurable customer and sales team satisfaction.

  • Demos and experiences that inspire broader customer investment and frequently evolve into mainstage or showcase moments (e.g. Dreamforce, Connections).

  • A cohesive team that balances creativity and precision, producing consistent, executive-ready outcomes.

  • Trusted relationships with Salesforce executives and top customers grounded in credibility, insight, and innovation leadership.
