Ledcor is seeking a Senior Director, Talent to drive our enterprise-wide and operating group talent strategies and lead a high-performing team of experts in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Inclusion & Diversity.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership - Define and execute Ledcor’s talent philosophy and strategy, aligning programs with business goals
- Learning & Development - Oversee enterprise learning initiatives, including leadership development, onboarding, and compliance training
- Talent Management - Lead succession planning, performance management, and career development frameworks
- Inclusion & Diversity - Champion I&D initiatives in partnership with executive councils and cross-functional teams
- Employee Engagement - Drive employee listening strategies and deliver actionable insights to enhance engagement
- Talent Marketing & Attraction - Shape Ledcor’s Employee Value Proposition and support strategic recruitment efforts
- Team Leadership - Inspire and guide a team of 25+ professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in talent strategy, learning, and employee engagement in large, complex organizations
- Broad HR knowledge, with experience navigating complex, multi-faceted HR organizations and aligning programs with overall people and business strategies
- Experienced people leader, adept at building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams to achieve enterprise goals
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect talent strategies to organizational outcomes through data-driven decision-making
- Executive presence and communication excellence, with the ability to influence senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and represent HR initiatives with clarity and credibility across all levels
- Proven expertise in developing and delivering Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and employee engagement programs that strengthen culture and organizational performance
Work Conditions:
- Travel to various sites and office locations (<25% of time) is required
Compensation
$180,000 - $216,000 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
