Location:
* 10+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or a related field, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
* 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, leading and mentoring high performing engineering teams.

* A strategic mindset with a passion for improving the developer experience and a drive to solve complex technical challenges.

What Success in this role looks like:
* Establish a clear vision for onboarding new external developers into Salesforce as part of potential M&A activity
* Drive measurable reduction across new developer friction points on Hyperforce around productivity, developer satisfaction, and platform adoption.
* Build successful internal partnerships to enable cultural shifts where engineers prefer paved paths over custom tooling because the experience is intuitive, powerful, and fast.
* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages innovation, professional growth, and a strong sense of ownership.
