Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $175,300.00 - $292,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

Internal Stakeholder Enablement

Serve as the primary product advocate for internal business units, ensuring their needs are understood, prioritized, and addressed through innovative product solutions. Establish regular touchpoints with department heads to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner with leaders across Finance, HR, Operations, and other business units to understand their unique challenges and translate them into product opportunities

  • Build deep relationships with internal stakeholders to become their trusted advisor on technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives

  • Establish feedback loops and governance structures to ensure internal products continuously evolve to meet changing business needs

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder engagement model that ensures all voices are heard and prioritized appropriately

Product Vision & Strategy

Define and communicate a compelling vision for internal enterprise products that aligns with overall business objectives. Develop multi-year roadmaps that balance quick wins with long-term transformation initiatives.

  • Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy that enables seamless collaboration and data sharing across all enterprise functions

  • Drive standardization and consolidation of tools to reduce complexity and improve user experience for internal teams

  • Champion user-centered design principles to ensure internal tools are intuitive and drive high adoption rates. Implement change management strategies that help teams transition to new ways of working.

  • Use AI to accelerate discovery, experimentation, development, and recommend improvements 

  • Oversee the development of self-service capabilities that empower business users to solve problems without technical dependencies

  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for internal products. Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve product offerings and demonstrate ROI to leadership.

Transformation Leadership

Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives by serving as a visionary change agent who challenges the status quo, identifies breakthrough opportunities, and guides the organization through complex transitions. Build transformation roadmaps that balance innovation with operational stability while ensuring sustainable adoption across all stakeholder groups.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple departments and stakeholder groups

  • Facilitate alignment between IT, business units, and executive leadership on technology investments and priorities

  • Build consensus around complex decisions by effectively communicating trade-offs and impacts to diverse audiences

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale AI integration across teams  

  • Establish Centers of Excellence for product management practices that can be leveraged across the enterprise

Team Development & Mentorship

Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers focused on internal enablement. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Adopt AI tooling and employ a mindset and focus on how product team members should think about and approach their work in the PDLC.  

 

Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 12+ years of product management experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles.  Alternative combination, such as a master's degree and 10 years’ experience; or PhD and 7 years’ experience.

  • Expertise in both foundational enterprise systems and next-generation digital platforms. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, API-first design, and composable business capabilities.

  • Experience leveraging AI/ML for intelligent automation, predictive insights, and enhanced decision-making. Familiarity with modern data platforms, real-time analytics, and self-service BI tools. Knowledge of emerging technologies and their practical application to solve enterprise challenges.

  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences. Experience leading through influence and building consensus across organizational boundaries.

  • Strong understanding of business operations across multiple functions. Ability to connect technology solutions to business outcomes and articulate value propositions in business terms.

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale organizational transformations with demonstrated success in driving cultural change, overcoming resistance, and building momentum for new initiatives.

  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels. Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence without direct authority. Experience managing competing priorities and negotiating win-win solutions.
