Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company's mission is to refresh the world and make a difference. In support of this mission, our People Analytics team provides consultation to HR and the business, conducts data analyses and produces meaningful insights in support of our internal clients and stakeholders. This hybrid role reports to the VP, People Insights, Culture & Strategy in the center of excellence and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing actionable insights and compelling data stories to the business, partnering with technical teams to deliver projects, and have experience partnering with the HR functional domain in a global or matrixed organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, exceptional consulting skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise and impactful stories.
In this role you will develop and implement the People Analytics consulting practice. You will use your robust consulting skills to build People & Culture’s capabilities in data-informed decision-making. You will facilitate embedding data and metrics into the data-to-day activities of our HR community. You will be responsible for global HR data governance efforts.

30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
