We’re looking for a qualified Senior Director of Revenue Marketing to help us accelerate Modulate’s growth engine by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline, drive deal velocity, and deliver measurable revenue impact.

As a strategic, data-driven, and execution-oriented leader reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy and operations of the Revenue Marketing function.
This is a high-impact leadership role that includes leading key areas such as Demand Generation, Campaigns, and Growth Field Marketing, and blending creative storytelling with analytical rigor to build and optimize Modulate’s go-to-market engine. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Brand Marketing, and BizOps to turn marketing investment into predictable growth.

Your Impact
In this role, you will accelerate Modulate’s growth by building a scalable, data-driven revenue marketing engine that directly drives qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact. You’ll align tightly with cross-functional teams, optimize our go-to-market performance, and amplify Modulate’s presence in the market.

What You’ll Do
- Refine and execute the revenue marketing strategy: Develop integrated, scalable programs that drive qualified pipeline and achieve revenue targets across all market segments.
- Partner tightly with Sales: Align on target accounts, campaign strategy, and pipeline goals. Establish closed-loop processes to measure contribution and continuously improve outcomes.
- Run data-driven growth experiments: Continuously test and optimize paid channels, landing pages, nurture flows, and creative to improve funnel performance.
- Own the numbers: Forecast, measure, and report on marketing’s impact on pipeline creation, conversion rates, and ROI. Translate data into insights and action.
- Drive operational excellence: Collaborate with BizOps to optimize the marketing tech stack, processes, measurement frameworks, and analytics to ensure seamless execution and accurate attribution.
- Scale what works: Identify high-performing campaigns and channels, then systematize and scale them globally.
- Collaborate across functions: Partner with Brand Marketing to align messaging, content, segmentation, and event activations.
- Innovate and experiment: Test new channels, creative formats, and campaign strategies to stay ahead of market dynamics in the AI and voice intelligence space.

Who You Are
- 8–10 years of B2B marketing experience, including 3–5 years in leadership roles within SaaS or AI technology companies.
- Proven success driving pipeline growth and revenue impact through integrated demand generation and ABM programs.
- Deep understanding of the full revenue funnel and the levers that move metrics from awareness to close.
- Experience building and managing sales development or inbound/outbound pipeline teams is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with marketing and sales tools and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Swan, Default, Salesforce etc.).
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action — you love turning insights into performance gains.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and alignment with Sales, Product, and Operations.
- Comfortable balancing strategy and hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communicator and motivator — a leader who drives clarity, energy, and accountability.

Pay Transparency
Modulate believes in transparency as a cornerstone of equity and trust. Compensation for this role is based on seniority, skills, and experience.
Salary: $180,000
