Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)
- Ensure all members of the legal teamwork efficiently
- Ensure the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies
- Provide legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters such as contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, employment law, and corporate governance to mitigate risks.
- Overseeing the over-all operations of the PH Legal Department
- Developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws
- Drafting, negotiating, and vetting contracts, legal documents and agreements.
- Collaborate with legal counsels and business units to monitor enforcement of standards and regulation
- Review reports and legal documents to management and external regulatory bodies, as appropriate.
- Monitor and work with external legal counsel when required.
- POC/Lead on data privacy related matters impacting the Everise group.
- Oversee and provide guidance on applicable data privacy laws and company policies related to data privacy enforcement within the Everise group.

- Strong communication & drafting skills, including the ability to draft high-quality agreements & documentation
- Extremely detail-oriented, have good judgment & sound risk mitigation skills
- Strong negotiations skills
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands & shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge
- Qualification: Bachelor of Law Degree
- Must be a licensed attorney to practice law
- Experience: 10-12 years of experience
