What's Exciting About the Role

Are you a dynamic marketer who thrives on building momentum with partners in the field? Verifone is seeking a Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing, North America Financial Institutions to lead how we engage ISOs, ISVs, distributors, banks & acquirers, and resellers across the region. In this role, you’ll create high impact partner marketing strategies, fuel demand through events and activations, and bring our Boundless Payments story to life. 

You’ll be at the center of how Verifone shows up with partners by designing campaigns, driving co-marketing programs, and ensuring our sales teams and partners are equipped to win together. This is a hybrid role that can be based out of our offices in Atlanta, GA, Clearwater, FL, or King of Prussia, PA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead North America partner marketing strategy across all partner types in close collaboration with the global team. 
  • Design and execute joint GTM campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and revenue while amplifying North American partner success stories. 
  • Drive adoption of the Verifone Partner Program in North America, including incentive initiatives like SPIFFs. 
  • Partner closely with sales to deliver enablement, co-branded campaigns, launch support, and impactful QBR participation. 
  • Plan and orchestrate field activations including trade shows, regional events, and partner sponsorships. 
  • Create and deliver polished presentations that support partner, sales, and executive communications. 
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance to maximize impact and inform future strategy. 
  • Leverage and localize global initiatives, tailoring for the North America market while feeding back insights to shape global strategy. 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with strong expertise in partner and field marketing. 
  • Proven success in engaging partners with impactful partner programs. 
  • Experience working with diverse partner types (ISOs, ISVs, distributors, banks & acquirers, and resellers). 
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and project leadership skills. 
  • Strong communicator who can influence across functions and leadership levels. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). 
  • FinTech or Payments experience is highly preferred.
