The Senior Director, Cell Therapy Feasibility provides strategic Therapeutic Area (TA) input to global teams and oversees the development of Cell Therapy Site Management and Monitoring (SM&M) feasibility strategies. You will be an expert in global operational feasibility strategy, working with CTCO Global and country level resources and external partners to lead the delivery of custom insights, data and process tailored to the needs of our Cell Therapy Studies to allow predictable and fast to market Feasibility plans. You will be accountable for development of Global Strategic feasibility and footprint strategy for Cell Therapy Studies, leading delivering applicable SM&M operational feasibility insights to allow study design and right country/site allocation. Promote innovation for CTCO SM&M Feasibility , leading function wide projects improving ways of working according to 2030 bold ambition. You will sit within Cell Therapy Site Management and Monitoring leadership team.
Lead the Feasibility and Portfolio Delivery strategy globally, define best practice and bring in industry insights. Improve existing feasibility data sources and tools, and look to identify partnership externally to bring the best technology into the process.
Establish and implement global Cell Therapy feasibility and country footprintstrategy ahead of Governance (i.e. DRC, ESPC, LSPC)
Deliver high-quality study level feasibility assessments by the collation and critical assessment of external input and internal intelligence from CTCO SM&M, providing applicable insights to project teams.
Promote use of market insights and data strategy combined with TA expertise to define countries and sites for feasibility participation, ensuring endorsement from CTCO SM&M leadership for country and site footprint.
Ensure global SM&M insights to support strategic indication landscape, study design assessment, and protocol/site feasibility.
Guide standardization within CTCO SMM in conduct of feasibility, site selection, operational projections and processes. Promoting sharing of best practice across SMM countries
Chairs cross Indication Cell Therapy Feasibility Strategy call with extended members from across CTCO
Experts in data sources and tools to provide data insights into feasibility strategies.
Develop the strategy for function wide Feasibility development projects improving ways of working according to 2030 bold ambition.
Improve function data strategy and partners with other departments to administer joint governance of shared systems.
Bachelor's degree in related discipline in life science, or equivalent qualification
Minimum seven (7) years of experience as a leader in Development Operations or other related fields.
Substantial experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in Clinical Development and Study Operations
Experience of strategic project/portfolio management within a clinical or pharmaceutical environment
Experience of clinical development / drug development process in several phases and therapy areas and working in a global environment
Demonstrated experience of Feasibility in the pharmaceutical industry.
Good understanding and interest in digital solutions and technology
Awareness and sensitivity to cultural diversity
Look for and advocate for more efficient methods/processes of delivering clinical trials to plan focusing on important performance metrics of speed, quality, cost
Orientation towards external environment and internal stakeholders

Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.The annual base salary for this position ranges from $260,000 to $391,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
