Plans and oversees clinical command center programs with large scope and scale, ensuring high quality delivery within area of responsibility and client satisfaction.
Manages program deliverables, timelines, risks and resource requirements.
Personally engages hospital and health system leaders who can influence or decide on purchasing Command Center solutions.
Develops and executes aggressive sales strategies to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities.
Lead or co-lead deal execution through the full sales cycle, including qualification, proposal, negotiation, and contracting.
Lead or support responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring compelling, compliant, and timely submissions.
Create compelling business proposals and presentations to win new contracts and partnerships.
Provide input into business strategy and product refinement based on voice of customer and other sources of market insights..
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings. Interpret internal and external business dynamics, advocating best practices to refine products, processes, or services.
Harness sophisticated judgment skills to navigate complex tasks or challenges in areas like project management, client sales progression management, and sales strategy.
Evaluate the quality and relevance of information, engage in critical questioning, and utilize a range of sources to arrive at well-informed decisions.
Direct/participate in cross functional teams or projects characterized by minimal resource requirements, risk, or complexity.
Articulate complex concepts effectively and steer colleagues and or prospective clients to consider alternative perspectives.
Collaborate with GEHC region leadership to identify opportunities for client partnership, resource sharing, and other go to market activities
Manage delivery consultants as a people leader – responsible for talent development, career guidance, and HR/business requirements.
A Master’s degree from an accredited university with extensive experience or Bachelors degree college with significant experience in Services, Consulting and Selling
Direct experience in hospital operations for at least a significant portion of their time with health systems
Experience leading and managing people and teams
Basic Knowledge of health IT systems, EMR, etc.
Strong connection to the healthcare community with contacts to other healthcare professionals across the United States or in targeted markets.
Demonstrated prowess in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Proven capability to analyze, strategize, and resolve problems.
Established expertise in leading clients through a sales process.
Sound project management acumen.
Bilingual, English in addition to either Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, or French
