General Summary:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the overall Paid Media Channel. This includes managing Agency Relationships, aligning with Demand Gen Campaign plans involving Paid Media channels and managing the overall Paid Media channel. This includes items such as compiling campaign creative elements, implementing tracking, overseeing campaign performance, reporting, and providing strategy recommendations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages Paid Media Agency relationship ensuring performance metrics are met and ConnectWise priorities are aligned to agency management
Reviews campaign performance & makes improvements/recommendations to achieve targets
May coach and review the work of other team members
Handles the development and management of campaigns by creating materials or media vendors, monitoring technical accuracy, and launching campaigns
Researches new campaign ideas and provides recommendations based on data obtained through various
tools
Manages implementations of campaigns by optimizing strategies, updating monthly insertion orders, and managing communications with stakeholders
Assists with maintaining time sensitive project schedules while working with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables
Communicates project status and proposed projects to appropriate team members
Oversees the testing of media placements and paid advertising campaigns
Assists in the rollout and institutionalization of new ad serving platforms

Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
Expertise in B2B Digital Marketing and campaign management
Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements
Strong detail-orientation, communication, and analytical skills
Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft ads, SEMrush, Facebook ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Comfortable presenting to clients
Practical knowledge in agency management techniques

Working Conditions:

Remote/Hybrid Depending on location
EST working hours
Travel- 1-2x/year to HQ
