Dyson launched in Mexico in 2018 as our first step into LATAM. Our Mexico office is located in the Polanco area of Mexico City and our expanding team is a key contributor in helping us deliver growth throughout the market.
As part of the Dyson LATAM team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective demand planning and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with teams in Sales, Supply Planning, Finance, and Marketing to deliver accurate forecasts, maintain optimal inventory, and drive commercial excellence for the region.
S&OP Forecast Execution
Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) forecast process, including base and promotional forecasting, event planning, and weekly/monthly performance analysis at company, category, and account levels.
Support the achievement of assigned budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Coordinate account-level forecasting and provide actionable insights and recommendations to achieve business targets.
Develop and execute assortment and promotional effectiveness analyses to optimize regional performance.
Compile, process, and deliver updated demand plans to Supply Planning on schedule.
Track and report weekly orders versus forecast, providing regular updates to Dyson Mexico and Group teams.
Proactively seek consensus and alignment among internal stakeholders for any plan changes, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the best outcomes for Dyson LATAM.
Partner with category teams to provide data-driven recommendations that guide decision-making and deliver the best results for the business.
Relationships & Communication:
Plan, develop, and manage relationships with internal Dyson teams—building strong and positive collaboration across all levels, both regionally (Latin America, including Mexico) and globally (the Americas, UK as required).
Identify decision-makers and key influencers to manage and grow the business effectively.
Support the communication and implementation of best practices and serve as the voice of the LATAM customer within internal teams.
Identify opportunities and related risks; propose proactive solutions aligned with regional market needs.

5 min years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Retail Planning, or a Senior Analyst/Lead role.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience working with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and/or Finance functions is highly valued.
Prior experience working with major retailers or key national accounts in LATAM (including Mexico) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook required.
SAP experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to different cultures and business environments.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously; proven track record of delivering projects on time, in full, and to high standards.
Capable of communicating with all levels of the organization with clarity and positive intent.
Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
Must be able to adhere to a 5-day office attendance schedule.
