The Delivery Manager (DM) leads a multi‑team delivery "track"—coordinating several engineering teams across domains and locations to deliver product features with the promised scope, quality, and timeline. You partner closely with Product Management to convert the product roadmap into executable engineering plans, manage dependencies and risks, and drive release outcomes end‑to‑end.
This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.
Collaborate with Product Managers to compile and prioritize team backlogs.
Facilitate scope trade‑offs (trade‑in/trade‑off) to protect timelines and quality.
Translate the product roadmap into delivery plans and clear engineering objectives.
Lead planning for upcoming releases; set and secure delivery commitments.
Drive estimation for incoming product requests; use estimates to shape release scope.
Coordinate work across multiple teams, departments, and offices; manage cross‑track dependencies.
Assign and track work with external/partner teams as needed.
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues.
Ensure transparent, accurate status reporting for stakeholders.
Own scope, schedules, resources, and outcomes for assigned deliverables and projects.
Establish and maintain an effective delivery operating rhythm (cadence, reviews, checkpoints).
Use appropriate escalation paths to remove blockers and resolve conflicts quickly.
Build tight alignment with Product Owners and domain leads on priorities and scope.
Maintain a communication plan for the track (recurring PM/engineering syncs, release forums, priority project reviews, and cross‑domain updates).
Uphold company delivery processes and SDLC best practices (Agile: Scrum, Kanban).
Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to tools, workflows, and collaboration.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and operational excellence across teams.
Foster effective team collaboration and healthy, results‑oriented ways of working.
Experience: 3–6+ years in software delivery or project/program management within IT/engineering organizations; prior hands‑on experience in a software engineering role (any discipline).
Methods: Demonstrated delivery using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) in multi‑team environments.
Skills: Ability to decompose complex initiatives into clear plans and actionable work; excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and prioritization; proactive, results‑driven mindset; resilience under pressure.
Tools: Practical proficiency with Jira (including JQL), Confluence, and productivity suites (e.g., MS Project/PowerPoint/Visio); familiarity with collaborative whiteboarding (e.g., Miro).
Language: English—upper‑intermediate or advanced.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience orchestrating releases for high‑load, distributed cloud services.
Success coordinating delivery across multiple sites and partner/external teams.
Familiarity with UCaaS and real‑time communications domains.
Russian language proficiency.
Ability to automate personal routine tasks (e.g., with scripts, macros, or low‑code tools).
