Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development, from research and discovery to launch and measurement.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex problems and identify high-leverage opportunities.
Engage hands-on with data and AI, supporting model development and data analysis to accelerate learning.
Champion intuitive, elegant design and ensure exceptional user experiences.
Validate ideas through rapid experimentation, user testing, and data-driven insights.
Leverage modern AI tools to amplify team productivity and velocity.
Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience building data-driven products.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
Experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
Knowledge of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Experience in healthcare data and familiarity with clinical coding standards and interoperability formats.
Proficiency with BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Matplotlib).
Background in enterprise risk management within health insurance.
