General Summary:

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making supporting the Sales organization. This role will support quota planning, org design, and other strategic initiatives by leveraging data analytics, visualization, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with strong business acumen and a passion for enabling sales performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • May coach and review the work of other team members.
  • Support strategic GTM initiatives through ad hoc analysis, modeling, and scenario planning.
  • Builds, documents, analyzes, and communicates product metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), and reports to various leaders throughout the organization
  • Designs and builds various reports and reporting dashboards
  • Ensures data is organized, captured, and designed to support business needs
  • Ensures reports are fulfilling user requirements, efficiently designed, and easy to support and maintain
  • Defines recommended changes to existing reporting environments in alignment with current business needs and direction
  • Translates complex data into digestible reports for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analyzes reporting and analysis requirements, documents existing processes, and recommends solutions

  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable work area.
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, and other reporting design tools.
  • Strong ability to clearly communicate complex data and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and data processing concepts
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple, complex projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
  • Experience supporting GTM organization in an analyst capacity.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: Degree in Business, Finance or Business Analytics 

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
  • 0-10% travel may be required.
