A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy services at PwC offers an exceptional opportunity to help clients strengthen their security posture through practical, hands-on implementation of robust security solutions. Our cybersecurity team in the Baltics is expanding, and we are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Architect.

This role focuses on working directly with Clients to define and deliver security solutions across multiple domains and ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry best-practice frameworks. 

Job location: Vilnius (preferably), Tallinn, or Riga 

Main Responsibilities: 

Solution Design, Delivery, and Compliance: 

  • Design and hands-on implementation of security solutions across key cybersecurity domains, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, cloud security, and data security. 

  • Contribute to vulnerability management, hardening, and incident response activities. 

  • Execute compliance programs aligned with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and DORA.  

  • Support audits, maturity assessments, and remediation activities. 

 Advisory and Business Development:  

  • Contribute to proposals and help craft compelling, client-focused security solutions. 

  • Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating technical capabilities and solution approaches. 

  • Provide practical guidance on implementing security best practices and technologies. 

Requirements: 

Experience: 

  • Proven track record in cybersecurity roles with strong focus on solution implementation and technical delivery. 

  • Prior consulting experience or exposure to client-facing projects is highly desirable. 

  • Hands-on experience in at least one technical security domain, such as IAM, cloud security, network security, or penetration testing. 

  • Experience applying and implementing security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF), compliance engagements, and operational security principles in real-world environments. 

  • Familiarity with modern security architectures and Zero Trust principles. 

Certifications: 

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent preferred, accompanied by technical certifications (e.g. Azure Security Architect, OSCP, CCNP or vendor-specific certifications). 

Skills: 

  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, technical acumen, and strong communication skills.  

  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of local language is considered a significant advantage. 

  • Ability to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and build trusted relationships that drive business value. 

Our offer:  

The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 4000 to 6000 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
