Job Description:

In the next phase of our growth, we are hiring a Senior Consultant to join our team. The Senior Consultant is the principal creator of inspirational, well-crafted content and session plans to achieve exceptional client outcomes.


THE ROLE

  • Work alongside Project Leads and own key workstreams that deliver outstanding outcomes for the client.
  • Deliver expertise across our offering in the human-led transformation space, from purpose and strategy, leadership-driven culture change, leadership-effectiveness, people strategy and strategy mobilization.
  • Deliver best in class written content, research, event and workshop design, creative stimulus, design management etc.
  • Own strong, trusted, relationships client side with an ability to engage senior leaders with credibility.
YOU
  • Business geek who understands how big businesses work and the role of culture in driving commercial performance.
  • Expansive thinker with analytical prowess that loves to crack a challenge.
  • Outstanding communicator with excellent written craft.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to synthesise information.

Pay Range Guidelines for this Position:

The salary range for this position is 120000 USD to 150000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses (subject to eligibility requirements) and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Note: we have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
