Senior Consultant, Continuous Glucose Monitoring

The Professional Services (PS) organization is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Senior Consultant with expertise in Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Resupply workflows to support the implementation of software solutions for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers.  

The Implementation Senior Consultant will be a key member of the PS team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager, Data Operations Analyst, and Trainer in addition to internal stakeholders (Product, Development, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of customer implementations.  The Implementation Senior Consultant will be responsible for translating clinical and operational requirements into system configurations, optimizing CGM resupply procedures, and ensuring compliance with payer guidelines. 

 

Let's talk about Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of CGM workflows within the resupply software platform, ensuring seamless integration with customer operations and alignment with best practices.

·       Configure system logic for Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes and monthly supply allowances.

  • Collaborate with customers to define and configure business rules related to CGM eligibility, documentation, and resupply frequency.

  • Ensure software workflows are compliant with Medicare and Commercial Payer policies for CGM coverage.

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and document software issues reported by customers to ensure timely resolution and clear communication with internal teams.

  • Drive collaborative working sessions with customers to gather, understand, and document detailed business and technical requirements for successful implementations.

  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates to project team utilizing Smartsheet, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.

  • Address customer escalations by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions through appropriate Brightree channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

 

Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of Consulting/Implementation experience.

  • Minimum 4 years in Healthcare Consulting.

  • Minimum 3 years in DME operations with CGM resupply.

  • Strong understanding of HCPCS coding and payer requirements for CGM.

  • Knowledgeable of CGM devices and their supply components.

  • Familiarity with Medicare Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) guidelines and CGM billing compliance.

  • Understanding of software as a service (SaaS) web-based technologies and applications.

  • Familiarity with Medicare Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) guidelines and CGM billing compliance.

  • Knowledge of software implementations, system workflows, and implementation best practices.

  • Ability to manage customer expectations and drive project results.

  • Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be an adaptive learner who is self-directed, highly motivated, and demonstrates strong dedication and commitment to assigned tasks and project goals.

  • Demonstrates outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical customers.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while contributing effectively to a high-performing team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, nursing, or related field.
