The candidate will manage complex change initiatives end-to-end in an agile environment.
The team:
The Change Experts are a team of 16 people. We are part of the Transformation Office ING NL and together with our colleagues we are dedicated to support change initiatives that bring the best value to our customers, employees and ING.
Whenever there is a complex change that has high priority and impacts multiple domains, we make it happen. Every change project is different, requiring a specific approach and a particular team of experts. We are in the lead for all aspects from operational and technical to commercial, legal, risk and external communication.
Role and responsibilities
Every change project is different, requiring a specific approach and a particular team of experts. You will orchestrate changes across different delivery areas and functions. You need to be well organized and have the drive to keep things on track, to ensure everything is delivered on time and in line with the requirements.
What you will do:
Deliver complex change initiatives with strategic importance.
Act as a business partner and structure change initiatives with a clear scope and a detailed roadmap of deliverables.
Follow the global standards for Change Expertise.
Engage stakeholders and involve teams via a governance with clear roles and responsibilities. You will typically be the chairperson for project meetings.
Track and steer the delivery on a daily basis.
Be one step ahead and identify and raise impediments and risk at the proper level.
Follow and strengthen the ‘way of working’ for delivery while safeguarding the Orange Code as a role model.

Proven experience of over 10 years in program management, with specific subject-matter expertise in Financial Risk Management and Finance.
Academic Master’s degree (MSc)
Proven track-record in change and transformation and a natural drive to completion
Solid understanding and experience in IT delivery and Banking operation
Organisational sensitivity
High resilience, the ability to deal with ambiguity and manage complexity
Hands-on mentality of take it on and make it happen, driving the change
Customer focus and the ability to build trust with leadership
Excellent level of English and Dutch, spoken and written
Excellent speech and presentation skills
