We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Transformation & Change team at Mercer.  This role will be based in Gurgaon/Mumbai.  This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Business Transformation & Strategy (Internal) Manager

We Will Count on You To:

  • Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for key organizational initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver clear, targeted communication materials and messaging to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to prepare employees for upcoming changes and build organizational readiness.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks, resistance points, and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on change adoption metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between project teams and business units to ensure alignment, address concerns promptly, and foster collaboration.

What You Need to Have:

  • 10+ years of proven experience leading organizational change initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in fast-paced, evolving environments.
