Job Description

TD Insurance Affinity Market Group (AMG) has a mandate to profitably grow TDI affinity business by signing new partnerships, renewing, and growing existing partnerships while also expanding access required to acquire and retain customer collaboration with our 750+ alumni, professional and employer partners.

The AMG Sales Enablement Senior Business Program Analyst collaborates with AMG Relationship Managers, SBI Business Development teams, and internal business partners to develop, enhance and maintain B2B/B2C sales materials supporting affinity partner programs, including General Insurance, Life and Health Insurance, Travel Insurance, and Small Business Insurance.

This position supports the Affinity Markets Group’s growth strategy and value proposition by supporting project leads in the development of RFP/RFI content, and is responsible for developing sales enablement tools and resources, including pitch decks, financial literacy materials, articles, and communications. This role is vital in supporting strategic initiatives for AMG and Sales Enablement as it gathers product updates, preparing sales materials, supporting partner programs, and collaborating with TDI stakeholders to deliver content and tools that drive sales and partner engagement.

The Sales Enablement Senior Business Program Specialist will:

  • Support the coordination and execution of business initiatives, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and sales training programs.

  • Create and refine sales presentations for AMG affinity programs and Small Business Insurance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update product information, pitch materials, and financial literacy resources for existing partnership management and new business acquisition.

  • Works closely with AMG Relationship Managers and SBI Business development team to deliver and track social media programs.

  • Manage the Sales Enablement resource hub, ensuring tools and materials support sales effectiveness and business growth.

  • Deliver insights and reports that inform B2B and B2C sales strategies and outcomes.

  • Support AMG’s priorities through research, data analysis, reporting, and partner communications.

  • Handle ad hoc requests aligned with AMG’s strategic objectives.

  • Support internal and external communications with AMG’s partners as required.

  • Support ad hoc requests that align with AMG Business strategies.

Additional role responsibilities may include.

  • Lead initiatives or workstreams under the guidance of Program Specialist or Senior Manager

  • Assist in developing value propositions and sales materials for expanding TD products into AMG’s B2B and B2C markets.

  • Monitor competitive landscape and develop sales content and commercial insights to counter competitive actions.

Job Requirements 

  • Post Secondary Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or 3+ years relevant work experience.

  • Fluency in French and experience writing for francophone audiences is an asset.

  • Strong business, writing editing, and presentation development.

  • Experience and sales communication for B2B & B2C audiences and assets.

  • Proven and developing and deploying, communications or sales material, including socializing, approval, and execution with stakeholders.

  • Experience, managing projects or experience with influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

  • PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Excel & MS word proficiency.
