About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate for sales support with CIB business
In this role, you will:
- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
- Process trade allocations both manual and electronic, accurately and timely.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders (sales, operations, legal, compliance) to resolve trade related issues.
- Understand complete trade lifecycle from order entry to settlement.
- Manage trade fails effectively and proactively identify and resolve any potential issues.
- Assist in the onboarding of new client accounts, gathering and verifying necessary information.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing prompt and effective support.
- Understand and apply settlement instructions, including SSI and market practices.
- Generate reports and analyze data as needed to support sales and business decisions.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Suggest and work towards process efficiency ideas.
- Support rates sales support team at the US hours.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Master / bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field.
- 4+ Years of experience in financial services environment, preferably within Fixed Income sales support or operations.
- Working with an industry leading and experienced Institutional Sales team
- Working closely with US based Sales and sales assistant.
- Significant opportunities to learn, develop and work as an integral member of a front office team
- Strong understanding of financial markets and products, with a focus on Fixed Income.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Sufficient proficiency in English and ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders globally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Experience with electronic trading platforms (Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess) is a plus.
- Can be plus if candidate have knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau.
