About the Role
As Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll lead client engagements and negotiations to turn opportunities into contracts, accelerating commercialization in offshore wind. You’ll manage complex B2B sales cycles, develop new business, and collaborate with technical, legal, and operational stakeholders. We are looking for someone with sales experience within the German offshore wind market and preferably experience with service operation vessels for offshore wind.

Your Profile
- 7–10 years’ experience in technical/CAPEX project sales, ideally offshore wind
- Proven B2B/B2G track record; cleantech or maritime experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of offshore wind operations and/or vessel management
- Relevant degree (business or technical + MBA)
- Skilled in complex sales processes, negotiations, and risk allocation
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
