Your mission
In this role, you’re responsible for developing and packaging solutions that demonstrate ROI, productivity gains, and total cost reductions. Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, you ensure our value proposition is consistent, scalable, and easy to communicate. You formalize commercial reasoning into repeatable frameworks and guide others in applying them. Your work ensures that Sandvik Coromant speaks a unified language when it comes to customer benefit.
Included in your responsibilities:
This position offers global flexibility; you have the option to be based at one of our offices or to work remotely. You collaborate across commercial and technical teams and report into a strategic leadership group.
Your profile
With a strong foundation in solution selling and commercial design, you bring a sharp ability to quantify value and craft offerings that are both compelling and scalable. You’re experienced in developing value cases (ROI, productivity, TCO), structuring and packaging solutions, and supporting sales and marketing teams in communicating value effectively. Your cross-functional collaboration skills allow you to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable concepts that resonate across teams.
Analytical yet creative, you communicate with confidence and clarity. You lead by insight – guiding teams, fostering alignment, and bridging the gap between business goals, technological possibilities, and customer needs.
