Senior Business Analyst1
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Manage and track development, support, and enhancement activities through JIRA or similar tools.
- Provide clear task instructions, guidance, and reviews for offshore teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Participate in requirement workshops, design discussions, and status review meetings with business and technical teams.
- Ensure smooth Salesforce operations by monitoring and resolving system issues, particularly related to CPQ, quoting, and sales processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and validate solutions before deployment.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, process flows, and enhancements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with production deployments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–10 years of overall experience with Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience working with offshore development teams, providing guidance and ensuring deliverable quality.
- Excellent business communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and explain complex solutions in simple terms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and basic automation tools.
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or CPQ Specialist certification(s).
- Experience with CRM integrations (ERP, quoting tools, or middleware).
- Prior experience in production support and continuous improvement initiatives
