The Seller Engagement Business Technology and Optimization (BTO) team is seeking a Business Management Senior to work onsite in McLean to drive the strategic prioritization and governance of initiatives related to our external technology tools and policy. In this role, you will collaborate with executive leadership, internal stakeholders, customer-facing teams, and project groups to align technology investments with business priorities. You will lead the development of data-driven business cases using quantitative analysis, facilitate executive prioritization discussions, and establish governance frameworks that ensure clear accountability and strategic alignment. Your Impact:
You will advance our business by:
- Partnering closely with executive leadership to define, refine and decide strategic priorities for external technology tools and policy initiatives.
- Facilitate executive prioritization forums, ensuring transparent evaluation and alignment of initiatives to business goals.
- Drive governance and oversight of prioritization workflow and decisions, ensuring compliance with policy, risk management, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated execution of technology and policy initiatives.
- Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to support informed executive decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and report mechanisms to provide visibility into progress, impact, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or related academic/professional background. Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration Governance, and Information Systems, a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience with growing accountability working with leadership roles including portfolio tracking, building or advocating business cases, project review and prioritization, impact assessments, and reporting.
- Familiarity with mortgage origination, underwriting, delivery, and servicing processes.
- Experience supporting establishing or running governance, planning processes (roles managing changes to internal and customer-facing processes and systems a plus).
- Leadership and executive level interaction and partnership with functional/business unit leaders.
- Familiarity with different developmental life cycles and methodologies as well as business analysis and requirements is helpful.
- Highly proficient in common knowledge-worker tools (MS Office, Teams).
- Experience with CX tools such as Medallia and CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
