Job Description

Join our Data Analytics & Insights Team at Rockwell Automation's Intelligent Devices Business Group! We're a passionate group of data enthusiasts searching for another bright mind to collaborate with. You'll help transform data into applicable insights that drive decision-making within the whole group.

You will report to the Team Leader and work in hybrid schedule with office in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to uncover challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Master the data lifecycle: wrangle, clean, and integrate data from various sources to build robust datasets.
  • Design data models that unlock powerful reporting possibilities.
  • Craft cutting-edge data visualizations and reports using Power BI, empowering business leaders to make successful decisions.
  • Go beyond the numbers: translate complex insights into applicable recommendations.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Have a track record in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related field for at least 5 years.
  • Is a Power BI whiz! (or a similar BI tool, experience required).
  • Can navigate databases and write SQL queries with ease.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a similar technical field.
  • Work with English proficiency.

  • Data modeling expertise - you're fluent in the future of data exploration!
  • Azure knowledge - take your data game to the cloud.
  • Python proficiency - unleash the power of automating processes.
  • PowerApps skills - build canvas apps!
  • PowerAutomate skills – make data go brrrrr!
  • Agile – Scrum and Kanban are not Pokemon names for you.
