As a Senior Recruitment Associate, you will work in the Human Resources (HR) team to drive recruitment initiatives that align recruitment needs with our strategy and support the achievement of our business strategy.

You will be expected to manage recruitment projects, streamline work processes, tap on networks and introduce innovative recruitment methods.



We are pleased to invite ambitious and highly motivated candidates to apply for the position of Senior Recruitment Associate in our Hanoi office.
In recruitment and talent acquisition at PwC, you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success.

Key responsibilities: 

Your main responsibilities include the following: 

  • Coordinate and execute local and overseas recruitment campaigns under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager. 

  • Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities. 

  • Identify suitable recruitment channels and design appropriate advertisements. 

  • Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face-to-face interviews from junior to senior positions and support all parties concerned with the assessment. 

  • Proactively coordinate with departments/hiring managers for interviews. 

  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time. 

  • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements. 

  • Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions. 

  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports. 

  • Work with other HC colleagues and other colleagues in the firm to facilitate successful employee orientation and on boarding procedures.  

  • Regularly update professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 

  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential. 

  • Perform other tasks assigned by HC managers as required. 

 

Requirements: 

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and excellent organisational skills, exhibit a strong client service attitude and have the ability to think logically and work independently. She/he is adaptable and has the capacity to build strong relationships with people across our firm as well as the student community, both domestically and overseas. Other requirements include: 

  • Bachelor Degree in HR management, or business administration. 

  • At least 3 or 4 years relevant work experience in recruitment; especially in Finance & Banking industry  

  • Ability to work on multiple projects. 

  • A proactive approach combined with common sense. 

  • Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and knowledge of database; Expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined. 

  • Detailed, well organized and able to work independently. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
