Job Title: Senior Associate Manager - Quality
Job Responsibilities 
- Lead and direct support activities such as methods and procedures, planning and revision, gage planning and review, quality and reliability engineering, review and disposition of material variances
 - Develop, deploy, enhance, drive and implement plant-wide quality improvement projects through in-depth analysis of defect trends, manufacturing yields and KPC, to ensure delighted customers and to build customer and employee confidence in the performance of our products
 - Drive a culture of continuous improvement through the use of ACE tools to implement change that sustains ACE performance and supports the Standard Factory Lean Transformation plan
 - Ensure compliance and adherence to QMS and Internal audit system to meet AS9100, ISO9001 & UTAS Procedures.
 - Provide direction for inspection and quality control of manufactured parts and materials including all dimensional, special and vendor quality control, metallurgical/chemical analysis and laboratory control
 - Manage quality inspection technicians and quality engineers/supervisors to coordinate inspection, MRB, purge and non-conformance management activities as required. Ensure that all products conform to specifications and meet the customers’ needs and expectations.
 - Coordinate quality problems with ME, Production & SQA for Internal Producibility issue till resolution.
 - Oversee the performance & reporting of daily, weekly and monthly review of all quality KPI's.
 - Work with Engineering to resolve problems relative to product design, Specifications, materials, tooling and production operations affecting quality
 - Overall accountability for CAB, MRB, OMRB, Clinic activities and process robustness
 - Lead the implementation of new inspection technologies that achieve process, reliability and productivity improvements
 - Maintain regular communication with direct reports and ensure a high level of support and engagement within the team.
 - Delegate and assign responsibilities in any of the areas such as ACE, quality assurance engineering and planning, parts inspection, defect analysis, statistical process control, etc
 - Foster and maintain a cooperative and productive working partnership with internal and external customers and overseas sites.
 
Technical Knowledge / Soft Skill
- Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
 - At least 6+ years’ experience in a electrical assemblies / Manufacturing environment with at least 5 years leading a team of Quality
 - Good analytical technical problem-solving skills.
 - Assertive yet tactful in approach.
 - AS9100D Aviation QMS Auditor & EtQ.
 - APQP / PPAP / MPR / MFP / ZDP / CORE
 - Technical capability to support analysis on Electronics, PCBA and Molding process.
 - Understanding of various manufacturing processes and digitalization tools
 - Knowledge of RRCA, analytics.
 - FAI as per AS9102, Net inspect
 - Special process knowledge
 - Statistical analysis / Six Sigma is desirable
