Key Responsibilities
· Support digital marketing initiatives across Email, Digital Media, Social, and Landing Pages
· Assist in developing prospect-first campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention
· Ensure all digital efforts align with brand standards, business goals, and growth objectives
· Contribute to email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
· Ensure digital content reflects Humana’s brand voice, values, and meets compliance requirements
· Collaborate with internal teams—including Creative, Analytics, and Portfolio/Brand—for cohesive execution
· Liaise with external agencies and vendors to support timely and high-quality delivery of digital campaigns
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across owned channels and compile regular performance reports
· Use consumer insights and campaign data to inform strategy and drive ongoing optimization
· Report campaign results and business impact to key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy or creative development
· 2+ years of experience in omni channel campaign development
· Strong understanding of digital attribution and user experience design
· Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and social media engagement systems
· Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries
· Familiarity with digital media platforms and performance analytics
· Experience working in an AGILE environment
· Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Journey Analytics
· Understanding of HIPAA compliance and digital privacy standards
