Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Associate - Accounting to join our Finance / Accounts Payable team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and tracking of key transactions within the Accounts Payable function, including utility, rent, statutory, and foreign vendor payments, while ensuring timely compliance and providing critical audit support.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the timely execution and accurate documentation of utility and rent payments as per the approved tracker.

  • Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and banks to ensure timely invoice submission, reconciliation of vendor statements, and smooth execution of foreign vendor remittances (including preparing Form 15CA/CB).

  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements by executing timely remittances for payments such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and supporting internal and external audits.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Payment Coordination, or other Accounting functions.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and payment processes, including experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle or SAP.

  • Proven ability in managing multiple priorities, maintaining strong attention to detail, and utilizing excellent coordination skills to meet strict deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
