Senior Analyst, Warehouse Operations

Job Description

The Senior Analyst of Warehouse Operations is the main point of contact for their respective sites, working closely with both internal and external partners to deliver results. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day metrics and performance of warehouse(s) operations, with a focus on leveraging data to recognize trends and lead initiatives to solve gaps. Additionally, this position will identify and support productivity and KPI improvement initiatives, including crossfunctional projects. The scope of this position also includes pillar management within the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive KPI and financial results – leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Execute daily rituals and routines in warehouse operations.
  • Tracking and generation of Productivity Savings operations.
  • Analytical analysis and improvement on Log Ops KPIs in the areas of cost, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Lead day-to-day operational communication with 3PLs and provide daily updates to leadership.
  • Lead buffer site weekly and monthly review calls with site managers.
  • Drive capital project execution.
  • Co-develop pipeline productivity initiatives with site managers.
  • Co-facilitate site startups when necessary.
  • Engage transportation on productivity, cost, and carrier performances.
  • Create purchase orders, review and approve invoices. Identify issues and work with finance and vendors to resolve.
  • Provide support and input during the annual financial budget process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years General/Basic background in function area.
  • ERP proficiency (SAP preferred)
  • SAP EWM proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Ability to create win/win solutions to problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate clear and actionable operations models.
  • Expert in Excel and Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player, detail-oriented, proactive with a drive to deliver results.
  • Experience utilizing or creating reports in tableau preferred.
  • Travel up to 25% required.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$88,000.00 - $110,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
