About the Department/Team:
The Americas and EMEA RFP & Global Databases team positions Invesco as a provider of choice for prospective and current clients. In a competitive industry, we deliver compelling information, content, and data to drive revenue and strengthen relationships. We manage high-volume, deadline-driven work, overseeing all phases of the proposal process and maintaining product information in consultant and third-party databases used to screen Invesco products. Our team collaborates with subject matter experts across Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations to source and update information while tailoring responses to diverse client needs. We provide firm, strategy, product, and vehicle-level information through a wide range of deliverables, including RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, PQQs, QCQs, database profiles, digital platform requests, and industry surveys.
About the Role:
The Request for Proposal (RFP) Senior Analyst will be responsible for assisting in all phases of the sales proposal process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). This role is responsible for researching, writing, editing, reviewing and producing high quality proposals and responding to due diligence questionnaires related to Invesco’s global suite of products. The Senior Analyst must be a highly motivated and skilled writer, with the ability to deliver more complex jobs, ensuring that all deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant to provide a high standard of service and the best opportunity to bring in new business and maintain existing business.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely client-facing submissions in order to gain and maintain assets
Work closely with RFP Manager, stakeholders and subject matter experts to assemble response data and create high-quality new/custom answers
Lead and coordinate qualification calls for new business requests
Adhere to all processes for completion, tracking and filing of work
Mentor new starters in the team in working practices and procedures as well as provide backup to Senior Manager/Manager in workflow assignment
When necessary, provide review of team member deliverables in their entirety for relevance, accuracy, and formatting prior to distribution to clients.
Organize statistical data by utilizing various analytical databases to comply with questionnaire/database specifications
Develop and maintain an understanding of portfolios’ investment process, construction, and risk management
Contribute to team-wide initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies
Requirements of the Role:
7+ years related work experience; Bachelor’s degree, Economics/Communications/English/Liberal Arts preferred; some exposure to Economics or Finance courses preferred
Strong writing and editing skills; an excellent communicator
Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
Able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-oriented atmosphere
Self-starter, highly motivated
Critical thinker and a quick learner; intellectually curious
Able to work well both independently and as a team member
