- Analyze inventory related data such as demand forecast, safety stock, EOQ, and lead time to determine the root cause of under or overstock.
- Communicate operator feedback with key stakeholders to take action and solve problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution of merchandising strategies.

- Plan and execute seasonal flow strategies to ensure we are ready for the season on the key items that our customers trust that we will have when they need them.
- Manage the flow of inventory to our DCs, stores and fulfillment centers to ensure we have the right item in the right place at the right time and mitigate any exceptions.
- Adopts a broad perspective that considers data, analytics, customer/member insights, and different parts of the business when making plans.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
