Reporting to the Manager, In-store Acquisition, this role will support the relationship with external partners to manage sales programs, driving effective and efficient sales strategy with a focus on performance reporting and sales engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and analyze performance results, develop insights and provide recommendations to strategically drive change
  • Leverage various data sets to identify or refine acquisition strategies
  • Conduct performance reviews or ROI analyses of tactics/offers and present insights to leadership
  • Coordinate sales activities with internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve sales results
  • Regularly report performance KPIs – monitoring for effectiveness and as required, perform investigations into results.
  • Support external partner management in delivering on performance KPIs
  • Manage digital asset execution & in-store collateral inventory
  • Routinely audit and process invoices
  • Prepare executive level presentations
  • Provide general support to the Sales Enablement team as required

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in either Business, Marketing or Finance
  • Experience in banking, payment industry, vendor management or oversight is a strong asset.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to synthesize sophisticated information into accessible and significant business guidance
  • Ability to think strategically and provide comprehensive recommendations on business process improvements and other sales enablement activities
  • Collaborative nature, resourceful and capable of working in a team or independently
  • Problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills
  • Successful vendor management experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in fast paced team environment
  • Experience in balancing multiple projects, demonstrating adaptability, dedication, and motivation to meet tight timelines and providing regular status reports on progress
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
