Senior Analyst, GBS - Supply Planning

We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Supply Planner. The role will primarily report into the Supply Planning Lead for North America. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver.  

This person will have a broad range of responsibilities across all aspects of Supply planning. We are looking for someone who doesn't need any motivation to develop, a self-starter, who is hungry to continually improve Supply planning & Supply chain operations.   

In brief, you will be responsible for: 

• Supply Planning for a network of factories to ensure the efficient & effective management of Service, Inventory & Cost to meet customer & consumer demand 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Manufacturing and Procurement teams to align supply chain activities. 

• Develop gap coverage plans during inventory shortages 

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction ideas, supply chain cost optimization opportunities & business process initiatives 

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve supply chain performance. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field 

• 4+ Years Supply Chain experience preferably within FMCG 

• Strong knowledge of S&OP and Supply Planning principles    

• Proficiency in Supply Chain Planning software & tools (OMP, Kinaxis, O9 or SAP APO)
