SENIOR ANALYST FP&A

We are seeking a talented individual to join our FP&A team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in México city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Analyst - FP&A will be responsible for providing trusted financial and strategic advice to drive business growth and profitability.

We will count on you to:

  • Analyzes basic financial data and conducts quantitative analyses to support sound and defensible recommendations.
  • Reviews financial planning information and reports, making recommendations for changes to management.
  • Assists in the month-end close process by preparing reports, researching general ledger activities, and analyzing variances to budget and prior year.
  • Conducts basic audit activities and maintains best practices policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepares financial presentations using various formats, including charts, graphs, and econometric models.
  • Assists in the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts, tracking and reporting on initiatives.
  • Updates financial databases by entering, verifying, and securing data, while continuously improving job knowledge through professional development activities.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or similar fields
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Advanced Excel (database review, data cross-referencing) and PowerPoint.
  • Power BI, tableu is a must
