Senior Analyst – AI Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience: 1.5 – 4 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Agentic Frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions and working with intelligent agents to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and solutions for various business use cases.
  • Work with agent-based systems and agentic frameworks to build autonomous and interactive AI applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation.
  • Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, ML, and agentic technologies.
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices for AI solutions.

Mandatory Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and model development.
  • Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML use cases (minimum 2–3 implemented projects).
  • Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Knowledge of Agents and Agentic Frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, or similar).
  • Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with API integration and building AI-powered applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployments.
  • Understanding of data engineering and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
  • Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
