What you’ll be doing

As a Senior AI Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, deploying, and scaling AI models that drive our digital-first, customer-centric marketing vision. Your focus will be on the full lifecycle of advanced AI solutions—from ideation and model design, through rigorous validation and productionization, to ongoing monitoring and refinement. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our AI-powered Engine delivers intelligent, real-time decisioning and hyper-personalized customer experiences at scale.

How you’ll succeed

  • Design & Build Advanced AI Models - Lead the development of sophisticated predictive, optimization, and reinforcement learning models for real-time customer decisioning and personalization.

  • Productionize AI Solutions - Architect, implement, and operationalize leveraging robust ML pipelines, ensuring models are scalable, reliable, and seamlessly integrated into production systems.

  • End-to-End Model Lifecycle Management - Oversee model validation, deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement in live environments.

  • Ensure AI-Driven Marketing Activation - Partner with marketing, technology, and data teams to integrate AI seamlessly into digital and direct marketing campaigns and enable customer journeys.

  • Drive Experimentation & Continuous Learning - Develop experimentation frameworks to measure impact, iterate, and improve AI-driven recommendations.

  • Strategic AI Leadership -  Bridge AI and business strategy, ensuring AI/ML plays foundational role in our marketing transformation.

Who you are

  • You have a ­­­­­­­­­­­Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field required, or equivalent work experience.

  • You have 5+ years' hands-on experience in building AI/ML models in production environment, past experience with digital marketing domain is highly preferred. Strong development skills with proficiency in Python, Spark, modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Hugging Face) and advanced working SQL knowledge.

  • You demonstrate an advance understanding and background in machine learning, reinforcement learning, optimizations. Past hands-on experience with recommender systems, optimizations and uplift modeling is a plus.

  • You're digitally savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. You can easily adapt to new tools and trends. You have hands-on experience with scalable cloud systems and cloud ML tools (Databricks, GCP, AWS), preferably with Databricks.Strong understanding of ML Ops and model deployment practices.

  • You are an excellent communicator and partner manager with the ability to connect AI/ML innovation with marketing objec,tives, customer engagement, and ROI optimization.
