In the Individual Insurance Analytics and Data Valorization Department, our mandate is to use a variety of quantitative tools and methods to collect, consolidate, model, visualize and interpret business data in order to provide decision-making support and give internal partners an overview of the activity being processed. You take on a leadership role for development projects and innovative, complex strategic initiatives. Coordination is critical. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. More specifically, you will be required to :
Advise client to define their needs to ensure that the initiative or project meets the actual needs of users
Participate in prioritizing mandates by assessing the impact on members, clients and the organization
Contribute to complex or transformational projects by defining requirements that promote data valorization
Build and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using database management systems
Monitor technology and best practices for dashboard construction while ensuring that your knowledge is shared within the team
Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management tools

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate quantitative discipline
A minimum of six years of relevant experience in data valorization, analysis and visualization
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Proficiency in SQL / SAS / Python
Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query or other visualization software
Knowledge of data modelling concepts
Understanding of needs-gathering and analytics advisory roles
General knowledge of the individual insurance industry
