AT&T is looking for a Senior HR Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving HR strategy through expert-level data analysis and reporting. This position requires advanced proficiency in Excel to manage, analyze, and interpret complex datasets, supporting informed decision-making for HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong experience in developing and executing strategic projects, thriving in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple, concurrent assignments. Strong multitasking and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
What you’ll do:
Gathers, analyzes, and interprets a wide variety of data to identify causal relationships, trigger points and ultimately make predictions.
Uses traditional modeling techniques to build models that support decision making.
Client facing role that develops reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids in support of findings.
Advises business partners about patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.
Expert in Excel.
What you’ll need:
Ability to apply financial benefit to KPI improvements without guidance.
Experience developing visualization to support analytic findings in multiple formats.
Demonstrated ability to develop automated recurring analysis.
Ability to extract, load, and transform data from multiple sources.
Execute data joins across multiple sources to provide insights into business problems and measure results.
Demonstrated ability to present analysis with business impact at multiple levels of management.
What you’ll bring
Proven technical expertise and technical knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics.
3+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
Our Sr HR Analysts earn between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
