The Senior Administrative Coordinator is a dynamic role at Regeneron that requires experience in administrative support. The Senior Administrative Coordinator will support Vice Presidents that lead the Oncology and Immuno-Oncology Therapeutic Focus Area. The candidate will work in a professional, collaborative and efficient manner to ensure that leaders and associated teams can effectively meet their day-to-day business objectives (e.g., providing proficient calendar management with limited guidance, coordinating travel and expense reports, planning team events, ordering departmental supplies, etc). The Senior Administrative Coordinator should be proficient in MS Office applications, Concur, and is able to learn new technologies with ease.
A typical day in this role looks like:
Proactively manages calendars using basic understanding of the priorities of those they support.
Anticipates the needs of leaders and teams to effectively problem solve.
Coordinates team building events and town halls.
Assists with travel and expense reports.
Makes catering recommendations and orders food for meetings and events scheduled over meal periods.
Actively manages department contact lists and org charts.
Responsible for anticipating and coordinating office supplies to maintain budgets.
May act as a point person for all new employees within the department(s), coordination with IT, Facilities, and Procurement.
Coordinates with space planning for new hires or other space needs.
Drafts and distributes communications, announcements, and updates as needed.
Provides backup support and coverage for other administrative coordinators.

Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Concur and teleconference systems with the ability to assist with basic troubleshooting.
In order to be considered for this role, a minimum of an Associates degree is required but a Bachelors is preferred. Must have 5+ years of administrative experience with 2+ years of pharma/biotech industry experience desirable.
