*This role is open to remote or hybrid candidates (East coast preference), with hybrid being central to our New York, NY or Charlotte area offices. Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
Our Coverage.com team is looking for an autonomous Senior Account Manager to grow our partnerships roster. In this role you will be the strategic lead for major partnerships in the Property & Casualty Insurance space - building existing partnerships for Coverage while also identifying and pursuing new partnerships for our business.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with clients and internal teams on multivariate test plans to maximize client campaign performanceUnderstand partner’s marketing and product objectives and work with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance
- Drive the day-to-day client activity to ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing programs
- Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution and marketing best practices
- Effectively communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to internal, cross-functional groups
- Conduct regular performance analysis to assess partner funnel efficiency, and proactively provide internal and external stakeholders with optimization
- Lead business development efforts to expand + diversify the current book of business
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related industry experience, preferably in account management or direct marketing at an agency or marketing company
- Experience working within the Property & Casualty Insurance space, preferably with a technology driven entity
- Experience with in-depth analysis and problem solving with the ability to think strategically while seeing the execution all the way through
- Demonstrated track record of client relationship development, ad strategy, and service
- Intellectually curious, takes initiative to dig deeper and understand business drivers
- Ability to quickly assess client situations and configure mutually beneficial value propositions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as mastery over the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), Google Workspace (Gsheets etc.)
- Experience with Project Management tools: Atlassian, Confluence, Jira
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management experience preferred, high attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation:
- Cash Compensation Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
