We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive who is excited to join a company at an incredible inflection point. This is a full-cycle sales role (prospect, demo, close). In addition to sourcing opportunities (with the support of a dedicated Sr. SDR), you'll be fielding qualified inbound demand that comes through marketing activity.
Over 8,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day. Customer.io powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $130,000 base + $130,000 Variable = $260,000 OTE USD (or equivalent in local currency), depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
