Job Summary

    The Senior Account Executive – VMS is responsible for acquiring new search agreements and expanding existing client relationships through a consultative sales approach. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with client decision-makers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The position requires staying current with industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Drive 50% new business acquisition and 50% account expansion through proactive outreach and relationship management.
    • Implement a consultative sales strategy to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Negotiate and secure search agreements with client decision-makers.
    • Stay informed on industry developments, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including interactions and transactions, in CRM systems.
    • Prepare and deliver timely reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in healthcare staffing or sales
      • Medefis, Shiftwise, and/or B4health

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $76,000 - $94,500 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
