Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Security Threat Analyst (f/m) to join our Corporate Security department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing security intelligence analysis. As part of the security threat anticipation team, you will be involved in building security deliverables aiming at securing the company and supporting decision making.

Align monitoring threat activities ecosystem with business needs including the evolution of technology, norms and standards.
Analyze and correlate the information through reports to allow decision making by project managers and top management.
Analyze the security threats identified by the team and determine the future competencies required to defend the company
Be the Community of Practice (CoP) representative for general security supporting V competence strategy and upskilling needs
Be the responsible of the security expert path governance and follow-up candidates applications till the nomination as expert or senior expert
Determine the different relevant approaches for the company to acquire the future security competencies.
Develop intelligence collaboration with the different divisions and functions
Support the security threat anticipation activities by ensuring the continuous improvements of standards and process
Academic background in the field, you have significant experience in security and/or geopolitics and the following skills and qualities:
first significant experience in intelligence and/or security
Ability to write synthetic and impactful documents in line with intelligence standards
Knowledge of cyber security would be a plus
Knowledge of aerospace supply chain or aftermarket or marketing could be interesting - any background linked to our customers
General culture and curiosity
Ability to deep dive in complex topics
Good skills with stakeholder management and communication
Negotiation level of English (French appreciated)
