Perform access control and concierge duties for our client in Osborne Park.

About the role

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Perform access control, front of house and concierge duties
  • Monitor CCTV footage and alarm systems
  • Respond to critical incidents and simultaneously prepare written reports
  • Interact with key stakeholders including client and building management
  • Provide access to personnel entering and exiting site premises

Skills and experience

  • Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous concierge security experience desirable
  • Full WA driver’s license
