Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. 

  • Estimated annual base pay: $95,000(minimum) - $123,000(midpoint) - $152,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engineering Lead for DLP implementation. Assist in vendor selection, testing, configuration and operationalization of selected product.  
  • Administer Sailpoint - implement applications, perform certification campaigns, and educate data owners 
  • Engineering Lead for ProofPoint email protection. 
  • Investigate and resolve security incidents and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide technical guidance to other members of the security team, and business teams 

Key Skills: 

  • Cloud Security: Lead secure operations of cloud platforms. Ensure proper configuration of could security tools like CNAPP and conditional access. 
  • Data Security: Lead enforcement of data protection principles, encryption methods, secure storage practices, eDiscovery, and data retention policies. 
  • Incident Response: Proficient in developing and executing incident response plans to effectively address and mitigate security breaches.  
  • Security Operations: Skilled in automating security processes and utilizing tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of security operations. 
  • Documentation: Lead the creation, update, and enforce comprehensive security policies and procedures to guide organizational security practices. 
  • Communication: Leads communication of security procedures and issues, ensuring team members and stakeholders fully understand and adhere to security requirements.
